I started my business in 1996 after working in the industry as Sales Manager for another company for 5 years. I felt that the industry as a whole had grown to have a lack of concern for Customer Service and quality. I decided to open my own store and concentrate on both of those areas. I opened in 1996 with the philosophy that quality and customer service would guarantee customer satisfaction. Our Company has grown dramatically since then and continues to grow today. We attribute it to the fact that we take great pride in having a knowledgeable staff, great products, and great customer service. We all feel this is the core to a successful business. In 1998 a small spa manufacturer in Edmonton, Canada approached us with the Arctic Spa Line. We knew that we had found in them a manufacturer that believed in making a spa serviceable and in building a high quality product. We signed on as a dealer and part of the Arctic family and have never looked back. We have been so amazed with the advances that Arctic Spas has made in the past few years. I believe that Arctic Spas is small enough that they still listen to the consumers but large enough to be able to implement technological advances that make them the best, most energy efficient spa. We have continued to enjoy a steady growth and incorporated in 1999, continuing our motto "Where Quality Products and Service count." In April of the same year we moved into a new 23,000 sq. ft. showroom making us the largest indoor spa showroom in Clark County. Our philosophy of providing the best quality spa and the most knowledgeable staff, has played a huge part in our success. Now we have designed our web site to be as informative as possible. Nothing will replace actually seeing the spas in person so I invite you to come into our store to see for yourself the quality of the Arctic Spa.
