1. DATE and LOCATION

In accordance with Article 13.3 of the OYL Constitution, you are hereby notified of that the 2010 OYL Annual General Meeting will be held on March 12th – 14th at:

2. FEES

The delegate fees to attend the 2010 OYL Annual General Meeting shall be:
Delegate $60
Alternate $60
OYL Honourary Senator $60
Observer $100

3. ELECTION OF EXECUTIVE BOARD

In accordance with Article 7.1.1 of the OYL Constitution, the following OYL Executive Board positions shall be elected at the OYL Annual General Meeting:
- President - Executive Vice President - Vice President Federal Affairs - Vice President Provincial Affairs - Treasurer - Communications Director - Policy Director - Student Director - Riding Director
- Recruitment Director - Northern Regional Coordinator - Eastern Regional Coordinator - Central Regional Coordinator - Toronto Regional Coordinator - South Central Regional Coordinator - Southwestern Regional Coordinator
